- If you need to return a delivery to the store:
- Tap the 3-dot menu (bottom right).
- Select I can’t complete this delivery.
Note: Follow the steps to process incomplete orders properly. If not, the order will appear in the driver’s next trip and delay their start.
- Screen will prompt driver to select an issue, if you select:
- Cannot Find Address
- Customer is Unavailable

- Follow next steps:
- Call the member first and ff unreachable, tap Return order and follow the app to return it to the store.
- On arrival at the store, give the orders to the dispense team for processing.
- Exception: Return alcohol orders to the customer service desk for a refund.
