- Confirm entry type and that you are at the correct entrance: Door vs Garage. Note: If you are too far from a Level Lock, the door will not respond.
- Refresh InHome Associate App.
- Force close the InHome Associate App.
- Turn Data and Bluetooth OFF and back ON. If either are off be sure to leave on.
- Attempt to open/close door.
- Knock on the door to see if anyone is home. Ask if they can open/close the door/garage.
- If the member is not home, attempt to contact them via the App. Ask the member if they will accept doorstep delivery.
- If there is no response, contact Driver Support via the App.
