Alcohol Inside Delivery

Drivers must meet legal age requirements to deliver alcohol per local laws. Check with management for details.​

Alcohol cannot be left unattended.

If unable to deliver alcohol, deliver other items, return alcohol to the store’s customer service for a refund.

  1. Alcohol Inside Delivery:
  • Arrive, unload the member’s order, find the Entrance, and slide to Start Recording.
  1. Scan ID:
  • Unlock the door. Verify the member is home. Slide to Scan Customer ID.

  1. Validate ID:
  • Scan the member’s license or passport to validate.​​
  • If it does not scan, tap Or enter manually.
  1. To enter manually:
  • Manually enter the member’s ID information, then Slide to capture signature.

  1. Capture signature:
  • Once the member signs, tap Save.

Note:

  • Arizona: Driver’s signature is required after capturing the member’s signature.
  • North Carolina: Temporarily accepting expired driver’s licenses due to a backlog.

  1. Complete Delivery:
  • Deliver items as usual. Once done, Lock the door and Slide to complete delivery.
