Drivers must meet legal age requirements to deliver alcohol per local laws. Check with management for details.
Alcohol cannot be left unattended. If unable to deliver alcohol, deliver other items, return alcohol to the store’s Customer Service Desk for a refund.
- Verify Member Presence and Age:
Check the Go To Entry screen for delivery the Entrance type.
Ring the doorbell or knock. Wait an appropriate amount of time.
If no response or age cannot be verified, follow next steps.
- Choosing the Right Option:
For doorstep deliveries, select I will deliver to the doorstep without alcohol and deliver the rest of the order.
For inside deliveries, select I will hand off delivery without alcohol and deliver the rest of the order.
- Alcohol Non-Delivery:
Select Other as the reason for non-delivery.
Tap Submit to complete the process.
- Return Alcohol:
Bring the alcohol back to the store’s Customer Service Desk for a refund.
