Returning to Store - Between AM PM

1. Tap Get Directions to your home store and start driving.

   

2. Return Incomplete Orders:

• Use the InHome Associate App to guide you on backroom returns.
• Take any alcohol returns to the Customer Service Desk for refund.

3. Return Bins and Ice Packs:

• Return bins, including Styrofoam bins, to OPD (except GMD – they remain in the van).

• Sanitize all ice packs, then freeze.

  

4. Charge the Vehicle:

• Drive to store charger after unloading.
• Plug in van and confirm charging before leaving.
